Retirement Career Coaching
A retirement career coach helps people figure out what they want to do with their working life as they approach or enter retirement. The goal isn’t necessarily to stop working—it might be to find work that’s more meaningful, flexible, enjoyable, or financially useful.
I offer a 30-minute Discovery Call, so you can learn more about this form of coaching and decide whether it’s right for you. This meeting is a one-to-one call via Zoom. There is no charge for this appointment, and no obligation to follow up with a session.
Sessions are up to 60 minutes long and focus on the unique issues you are facing during this period of transition, including but not limited to addressing identity changes, creating daily structure, clarifying goals, exploring options, translating experience, creating a transition plan, finding purpose, balancing work and retirement, and job-search support.
I am offering bundles of 3, 6 and 10 sessions which are appropriately discounted.
